Instagram Giveaway Official Rules

1. Sponsor. This giveaway is sponsored by Berg Bat Co. ("Sponsor"), 305 E Woodmen Rd, Colorado Springs, CO 80919. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any liability related to this promotion.

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and have a public Instagram account. Employees of Sponsor and BC Bat Lab (@bcbatlab), and their immediate family members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Entry Period. The giveaway begins and ends on the dates and times stated in Sponsor's giveaway post on Instagram (@bergbatco). Entries received outside this window will not be counted.

4. How to Enter. Visit bergbat.com, design a bat in the Berg Bat Builder, and tap "Share My Bat" to receive a free unique entry code. Then post an image of your bat design to your Instagram Story, tagging both @bergbatco and @bcbatlab and including your entry code. Entry is complete when Sponsor verifies your Story post. Building and sharing a bat design is free and no purchase is required at any point. Limit one base entry per person; one entry code per bat design.

5. Bonus Entries. (a) Follow both @bergbatco and @bcbatlab during the Entry Period: one additional entry. (b) Referrals: your shared build link contains your entry code. Each additional person who enters through your link and completes a verified entry earns you one additional entry, up to a maximum of ten referral entries. Maximum total entries per person: twelve.

6. Winner Selection and Notification. One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all verified eligible entries, weighted by entries earned, within seven (7) days after the Entry Period ends. The winner will be notified by Instagram direct message and must respond within 72 hours, or an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor may require proof of eligibility. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Prize. One (1) custom Berg bat of the winner's design from the Berg Bat Builder, approximate retail value $205. Prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.

8. Disqualification. Sponsor may disqualify any entry that is incomplete, uses another person's entry code, uses multiple or fake accounts, or otherwise violates these rules or Instagram's terms of use.

9. Publicity. Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's Instagram handle and submitted bat design for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. General. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if it cannot run as planned. Sponsor's decisions are final. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules.

11. Winner List. For the name of the winner, send a request to trevor@bergbat.com within 60 days of the drawing.
