Have the bat, your order last name, a pen, and your phone camera ready.
Enter the serial engraved on the barrel and the last name from the original order.
Use the original camera files. Do not crop, filter, screenshot, resize, or send them through another app first.
Write this code clearly on paper and place it beside the bat in all three photos.
We use these details with the photos to understand why the bat broke and how to handle the claim.

We usually review complete claims within two business days. If we need anything else, we’ll email you.
Claim received
We sent your claim to the Berg warranty team. You’ll receive the decision, any questions, and any processing or shipping payment request by email.
Before you submit
Berg Bat’s one-time warranty covers manufacturing defects that become apparent during normal use. No registration or up-front warranty purchase is required.
The warranty does not cover clearance, blemished BP, replacement, shared/team, intentionally broken, or improperly used bats.
We may approve, deny, or ask a question. Approved claims can include processing and/or shipping charges. Any payment request arrives securely through Shopify before the replacement moves forward.
